Graphic File Set-Up
Guidelines and FTP Link
For your convenience, we have our
complete File Set-Up Guidelines for Lightjet printing as well as
Inkjet printing available for download here. Guidelines are in
Acrobat PDF format. Graphic files smaller than 2 megs may be
sent
via e-mail. Larger files can be uploaded to our FTP site.
If You're a Mac
User...
For best results using a Mac, you
can upload your files to our FTP site using the Fetch FTP
utility. To download this tool, visit
http://www.fetchsoftworks.com. Fetch users should use the
following FTP host to access the site: 66.93.58.146 (Note:
using ftp:// prior to these numbers will cause an error)
If You're a PC
User...
Please make sure the Internet
setting for "Enable Folder View for FTP Sites" is checked. To
check this option, open your Internet browser and go to your
Tools tab or icon. There you will see an Internet Options tab or
option. Click that and you will see the check box for "Enable
Folder View for FTP Sites". Once that is checked, click the icon
below to access our FTP site.
