Tabletop Displays About Tabletop Displays | Purpose and Pricing Tabletop trade show displays provide exhibitors with an easy, cost effective way to have a presence at trade shows. They are versatile and can include lighting, graphics and even multimedia presentations. Tabletop trade show displays are generally constructed in the shape of a rectangle usually with a tri-panel configuration although there are various others available. On average, they stand about 4’ and are positioned on top of a nicely draped table.
Tabletop displays are available in different sizes and many of them are compact enough to carry in a single style case, which makes transportation easy. Their compact style makes tabletop displays popular not only because they’re easy to transport but also because they’re easy and relatively inexpensive to ship. Tabletop displays are professional in appearance and can be a less expensive option compared to an inline or island display. Some shows - particularly small venue shows, local shows and meetings, or single day seminars – call for a scaled down version of a display. Tabletop displays are ideal for these events. They are appropriate for all types of meetings and presentations and are often used in combination with a larger trade show booth.
Ranging in size from a folding panel system the size of a large suitcase which can be anywhere from 18”-24” high, 18”-47” wide and 4.5”-2.5” thick to the larger 6- to 8-foot table top systems. Tabletop displays start at $2,000. Some of the larger and more graphically advanced tabletop displays will cost more – particularly if you’re supplementing your tabletop display with special lighting or any form of multimedia. |
