Inside Sales Representative

The Inside Sales Representative’s role is to work with an Executive Account Manager so that they can focus their efforts on new business.  Job responsibilities include customer service, creating RFPs, quotes and presentations for our clients.  This can include researching potential clients, vendors, image searches and writing.  The Inside Sales Representative will meet with designers, project managers and fabrication to help secure new business.

The ideal candidate would have the ability to prioritize and multi-task.  They would also be very detail oriented and have the ability to effectively communicate with clients as well as vendors.  The candidate must have the ability to use a personal computer and Microsoft Office. The candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of experience as an Inside Sales Representative or similar position.

 Job Responsibilities:

  • Meet with clients to review their needs
  • Create customer quotes with an accurate project description, cost and timeframe
  • Meet regularly with Executive Account Manager to prioritize required tasks
  • Create sales presentations
  • Administrative duties
  • Update social media sites with Adler marketing initiatives
  • Make sales calls when needed
  • Must have knowledge on website development to create private client portals for review
  • Writing and blogging capability – marketing team blogs 4 times a month
  • Understanding of sales numbers – run month sales report for the team
  • Basic knowledge of trade show products, displays, show services, and design
  • Basic knowledge of fabrication materials and processes
  • Creating monthly newsletters that are sent to roughly 10,000 email recipients
  • Brainstorming ideas for marketing efforts
  • Scheduling appointments for Executive Account Manager, managing the calendar
  • Liaison between project managers, designers, vendors, and client
  • Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Acrobat Pro

Custom Project Manager

The Custom Project Manager's role is to plan, execute and finalize request for proposals and projects according to deadlines and within budget.  This can include acquiring resources, coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors in order to complete projects according to plan.  The Custom Project Manager will define the objectives and oversee the quality control throughout the timeframe of the project.

The ideal candidate would have the ability to prioritize and multi-task projects.  They would also be very detail oriented and have the ability to effectively communicate with clients as well as vendors.  Our project managers work closely as a team with sales, designers and fabricators to ensure we meet  the  needs and overall expectations of our clients. The candidate must have the ability to use a personal computer and Microsoft Office. A Bachelor's or Associates degree in project management or a related field is required.  The candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a project manager in custom fabrication industry.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Meet with appropriate team members to verify functionality, process, materials and labor
  • Estimate the resources and labor needed to achieve project goals
  • Create customer quotes with an accurate project description, cost and timeframe
  • In charge of managing project from start to finish with the use of team members
  • Define project scope, goals and deliverables
  • Plan and schedule project timelines
  • Order project materials that are not standard stock items or communicate to team members to order the materials.
  • Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team
  • Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential issues and problem solve the issues with the team
  • Ensure the project is meeting the appropriate timeframe for final completion
  • Work with contractors to ensure timeliness and quality work for our clients
