In 2010, Adler Display completed work on a delightfully playful train-themed children’s reading area for the Westminster branch of the Carroll County Public Library. The display includes:
The train-themed reading area was part of a larger library renovation designed to engage young minds and educate children about the history of the Westminster area.
“We are very pleased with Adler’s vision for the project,” said the director of the Carroll County Public Library, Lynn Wheeler. “The elements in the design they created are sure to delight our visitors. Adler Display has responded to our needs and kept the project consistently on schedule.”
The train-themed children’s area renovation was made possible by a Maryland State Library Capital Programs grant and local funding approved by the Board of Commissioners for Carroll County.

It may have happened way back in 2004, but we at Adler Display are still very excited about the work we did for the Baltimore Area Convention and Visitors Association (BACVA) Visitor Center. Adler Display designed two high-tech ticker tape signs, state-of-the-art plasma and LCD monitors and interactive programs, as well as traditional displays and multimedia digital exhibits for BACVA.
“[Adler Display] worked hand-in-hand with the Baltimore Area Convention and Visitors Association on the display design and construction to ensure that together we are putting Baltimore’s best foot forward,” said Adler. “We are very excited about this project and proud of how it promotes our hometown.”

Adler was approached by representatives of Ocean City, Maryland and charged with creating visually appealing displays that would capture the essence of OC, past and present, for its new Town Hall Renovation Project. The mission was simple; create signage that would be both easily readable and aesthetically pleasing. The challenge was the Town Hall’s narrow hallways and utilitarian lighting. But, as always, Adler Display was up to the challenge.
We created display boards that highlighted a spectacular bird’s-eye view of local landmarks, the town’s officials, its popular Sunfest and the history of Ocean City and its City Hall.
Working closely with the curator of the Ocean City museum, the Mayor, and various other Ocean City officials, Adler Display designed, created, and installed 14 visually stunning panels, throughout the Town Hall, at strategic locations. We took everything into consideration, from lighting and wall color to the materials used in the displays. These materials were chosen to call to mind the architecture of the building and its historical use as a school.
As a result, the finished Adler Display panels have been well received by the Mayor, Ocean City locals and tourists, a like.
Adler Display has created a number of visitor center displays including the DuPont Nature Center in Delaware, the Baltimore Visitor Center, The Maryland State Office of Tourism, The Wicomico County Visitor Center, The Dorchester County Visitor Center, and the Garrett County Visitor Center.
