The designer presented great concepts but was always willing to listen to our concerns and take our input into consideration. He altered some of his designs based on our comments but would also present his reasoning on items he felt would work better how he initially designed them. This resulted in the best possible design in the end. The project manager worked to develop creative solutions to specific issues that came with our project. They were always willing to find the perfect fix for a problem instead of taking the easy way out or stopping before we were completely happy with the outcome. The construction crew and installers were each top of class in their field. We appreciate their skills and their attention to detail. We especially appreciate how the team worked so well together. “I initially worked with Jeff Bank to learn about the product options that would meet our specific needs and still come in under our tight budget and time constraints. Jeff patiently walked me through the pros and cons of different options, even researching specific answers when my questions went beyond some of the standard uses of the products, and helped me make an informed decision. Once we confirmed the work order, we were in the able hands of designer Christopher Hammond, who was able to take our vision for the backdrop and put it into a realistic design. Christopher responded to my (many!) questions quickly and thoroughly, and he worked even tiny edits into the final design. Because this was a big ticket item for a small nonprofit like the Project, Christopher helped alleviate concerns by sending a proof of the printed fabric so we could see first-hand what we were ordering, and the final product was true to the plan. AND all of this work was done within our very aggressive 2 week timeframe!  

Thank you to everyone at Adler Display for your assistance in making it possible for us to receive such a high-quality product. I can’t thank you enough! The carry case is incredibly convenient, and we were amazed by how easily we could set it up and take it down. You were right about the fabric, too – it photographs without glare and the frame stretches it taut, so there were no issues with wrinkles. Thank you!”

"Now that the dust has settled, I wanted to take the time to write this letter and express my gratitude to Adler Display for doing a fantastic job on the interior signage at our client's new location.

As we began discussing this project with prospective outside vendors, we found that our ideas were being met with resistance and our creativity stifled.  These vendors were not particularly responsive to our needs and at times were difficult when we questioned whether they were doing enough for us as their client.  We knew what we wanted to do with the signage, but it was as if no one could help us make it happen.  That all changed with one phone call to Adler Display.

After my first discussion about this project with Jeff, my sales representative, it was clear that Adler Display was the place for this project.  Our ideas were greeted with open ears and open minds. Jeff and his team were particularly helpful, making suggestions on materials, providing samples, staying in constant contact to make sure our schedule was not slipping, making time for sit visits, and pretty much doing anything and everything to make the job run as smooth as possible.  The proofing process was a breeze as was the installation.  We couldn't have asked for a smoother process.
