Adler Display is
looking to hire a full-time Custom Project
Manager for our Baltimore, Maryland
headquarters.
The Custom Project
Manager’s role is to plan, execute and
finalize request for proposals and projects
according to deadlines and within budget.
This includes acquiring resources,
coordinating the efforts of team members and
third-party contractors in order to complete
projects according to plan. The Custom
Project Manager will define the objectives
and oversee the quality control throughout
the timeframe of the project.
The ideal candidate
will prioritize and multi-task projects, be
very detail oriented and effectively
communicate with both clients and vendors.
Our project managers work closely as a team
with sales, designers and fabricators to
ensure we meet our client’s needs and
overall expectations. The candidate must
have the ability to use a personal computer
and Microsoft Office. A Bachelor's or
Associates degree in project management or a
related field is required. The candidate
must have a minimum of 3 years of experience
as a project manager in custom fabrication
industry.

Responsibilities:

Meet with
appropriate team members to verify
functionality, process, materials and
labor

Estimate the
resources and labor needed to achieve
project goals

In charge of
managing project from start to finish
with the use of team members

Define project
scope, goals and deliverables

Plan and schedule
project timelines
-
Order project
materials that are not standard stock
items or communicate to team members to
order the materials.

Identify and
resolve issues and conflicts within the
project team
-
Proactively manage
changes in project scope, identify
potential issues and problem solve the
issues with the team

Ensure the project
is meeting the appropriate timeframe for
final completion

Work with
contractors to ensure timeliness and
quality work for our clients
