BALTIMORE, Md. June 29, 2010. Adler Display (adlerdisplay.com)—a national leader in visual communications through trade show and permanent displays—announced today the completion of a unique custom corporate lobby display at the world headquarters of Murphy Oil Corporation (murphyoilcorp.com) in El Dorado, Arkansas. The display takes viewers on a historic visual journey through the company's 100 years of service through the use of antique signage, historic replicas and state-of-the-art technology.

Adler Display designed, fabricated and installed the exhibits in the company's gallery located near the lobby of the four-story building. The exhibits include a visual travel through the 100-year history of the company, its involvement in the community, its worldwide oil explorations, as well as Murphy Oil retail operations.  

"Chris Massaro and the Adler team presented great concepts but were always willing to take our input and ideas into consideration,” stated Allison Parker, director of administrative services at Murphy Oil Corporation. "As a project that was very close to our hearts, their ability to collaborate with us made for an enjoyable experience overall. And the end result is something that we are all very proud of."

In addition to using actual antique signage and historic replicas, Adler Display incorporated into the exhibit interactive video displays that run on state-of-the-art plasma screens. The videos engage and entertain visitors through historic commercials, the Murphy Oil history as well as current explorations in which the company is involved. A map wall in the lobby shows visitors the worldwide locations of Murphy Oil Corporation. And to keep visitors and employees informed, a large flat-screen monitor displays up-to-the-minute news in the
oil industry.  

"With this project, we were able to integrate replicas of oil barrels, classic gas pump globes from Murphy Oil's retail operations, ship replicas, maps and high-tech monitor displays," stated Ron Adler, president of Adler Display. "The result is a one-of-a-kind exhibit for a company with an incredible history, and one that we are privileged to be a part of."
