Adler Display Brings History to Life
at the Ocean City Life-Saving Station Museum

-- Adler Display returns for renovations to the second floor exhibits showcasing the history of the Ocean City boardwalk --

BALTIMORE, Md. July 9, 2009 - Adler Display (adlerdisplay.com) announced today their return to the Life-Saving Station Museum (ocmuseum.org) in Ocean City, Maryland to complete renovations to the second floor exhibits.

In 2004, Adler Display provided the design, fabrication and installation of the museum's first floor displays including artifact displays, indoor signage, outdoor signage, and graphics. The museum's curator was so pleased with the work that in the spring of 2009 the Baltimore display company was asked to come back and complete renovations to the second floor.

As part of the second floor renovation, Adler Display was commissioned to design and create numerous displays including an Elvis Presley exhibit complete with a replica marquee sign and photographs of Elvis impersonators taken on the boardwalk; a boardwalk photo booth replica featuring historic photographs of previous patrons; a nostalgic boardwalk scenes display; and a Windsor Resort display telling the story of Trimper's Rides and Amusements, an Ocean City Maryland amusement park.

One of the larger exhibits showcases prominent boardwalk families, highlighting those who were most responsible for the character and development of the Ocean City boardwalk. The seven families featured include the Showell, Dolle, Townsend, Lynch, Fisher, Jackson
and Purnell.

Ron Adler, the display company's president, said, "The renovations to both the first and second floors have come together quite nicely. We are honored to have been called back to complete the second floor exhibits and are sure that they will be enjoyed by visitors for years to come."
